What is AgentFinderPro?

AgentFinderPro is a free service to consumers to help them find the best real estate agents in their neighborhood.  AgentFinderPro is a website that is owned and operated by Prime Real Estate LLC.  Prime Real Estate LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage firm based in Wisconsin and our entity license number is 937577-91.  We are also a member of the Wisconsin REALTORS Association and the National Association of REALTORS.  We adhere to their strict code of ethics.  If you would like any additional information about us please call us on our toll free number listed on our site or visit our Contact Us page and send us an email or a message.  We look forward to hearing from you.

What is a REALTOR?

The term REALTOR is a trademark that is owned by the National Association of REALTORS and is protected by federal law.  A real estate licensee who is also a REALTOR is a member of the National Association of REALTORS.  A REALTOR must adhere to a strict code of ethics designed to protect the client, the public, and other real estate professionals.  We are a member of the Wisconsin REALTORS Association and the National Association of REALTORS.  All of the real estate agents we match you with are also REALTORS so you can feel confident about the professional commitment you will receive.

Is using your service really free?

Yes!  Using our service is completely and totally free to you, the consumer.  We do not ask you for credit card information and we do not bill you later.  We do however, collect a small referral fee directly from the agent we match you with only if a transaction is closed successfully.  This is a fee that agents are happy to pay us since it allows them more time to focus on working with clients and less time marketing their service.  In fact, like the real estate agents we match you with, we only get paid if a transaction closes successfully. So it is in our interest to match you with the best agents possible who have the knowledge, skills, and expertise to successfully guide you through the real estate process.  By using our service you allow us to do the hard work of finding, screening, and matching you with the best agents that fit your specific needs at no cost to you.  

Am I under any obligation to use any of the agents you match me with?

You are under absolutely no obligation to use any of the agents we select for you.  As we stated in the question and answer above, it is in our interest to match you with the best agents we can find in your area that meet your requirements and circumstances. We send you up to 3 of the best agents to compete for your business.  However, the final decision of who to select is completely up to you.  If you are not satisfied with any of the matches we made, please feel free to call us and we will work hard to find additional agents to meet your needs.  But rest assured that ultimately, you have the final say in whether or not to use any of the agents we match you with, no obligation whatsoever.

How are you different from some of the other agent matching sites out there?

We started AgentFinderPro with the passionate belief that there was something missing.  We noticed that some of the competing websites were simply using algorithms and software to compile statistics of agents such as listing and sales data and ranking them based on these metrics.  Although this information can be helpful in evaluating an agent, it does not give the full picture.  For example, could you evaluate a physician based simply on how many patients they saw the previous year?  What we do at AgentFinderPro is use perfomance data in addition to thoroughly interviewing each agent and basing our final decision upon many metrics including customer service, experience, specific knowledge and expertise, and the willingness and ability to take on new customers.

Will you really call me within 15 minutes of filling out the form?

The short answer is...absolutely yes!  This is the second major difference between us and some of our competitors.  There are other sites that will call or email you with agent matches but usually that won't happen for 1-2 days.  This is unacceptable to us.  We know that if you are in the market to buy or sell a home, time is of the essence.  If you are searching online for the best real estate agent, we know that you would like to see who they are now, not 2 days from now.  The only exception to this rule is if you call us or fill out our web form after normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8 am - 6 pm CST.  In that case we will contact you the very next business day.  However, we are working hard to staff up and meet demand so don't be surprised if you actually get a call back within 15 minutes over the weekend or late into the night!

Do I have to fill out the form in order to see the best agents in my area?

No, you can actually call us directly on our toll free number listed at the top of the website and we will input the necessary information in our system to match you with the best agents in your area.  It shouldn't take you more than 30 seconds to fill out our quick online form but we understand that sometimes you just want to talk to a live person.  Either way we will need just a bit of information to make sure we match you with the right agents in your local area.  But don't worry, we take privacy and protection of your data very seriously.

Is my Privacy Protected?

Absolutely.  We are committed to ensuring that your data is secure.  We do not sell your data and we do not spam.  We actually only share your data with the first top agent we match you with initially.  Then, if you choose to have a second or third agent compete for your business, we send your information to those agents, but only after we have discussed this option with you.  Please read our privacy policy for more information but rest assured that we treat your privacy and data as if it were our own.
