In fact, the top performing agents consistently sell properties quicker and for higher prices than their competitors and negotiate greater discounts for clients looking to make a purchase.

AgentFinderPro was started with the intention of sifting through the thousands of agents to match you, the consumer, with the top performing agents in your area.  Specifically, we rank each agent based on total sales volume, average number of days on the market, actual sales price versus original list price, and most importantly, customer satisfaction.  We then look at the geographical location as well as the specialty and expertise of each agent before matching them to your specific situation.

We use a proprietary formula to rank each agent.  However, we also thoroughly interview each agent to ensure that only the best are part of our network.  We feel that some of the competing websites that simply use algorithms or software to match you with agents are not as effective as having a human that is involved in the process.  We are constantly updating our network to include only the best agents and remove any agents that are no longer meeting our high standards.  Our agents consistently rank among the top 5% of their peers.

A lot of consumers select an agent based on a referral from a family member or friend.  Although it is possible to find a good agent this way, it is not as rigorous a process to ensure that you are working with the best.  Other consumers find agents by simply "clicking" ads posted by individual real estate agents while searching for homes or by responding to ads by agents in traditional print media. This method usually results in the consumer selecting an agent who may be a top "advertiser", but not necessarily a top performing agent.

Finally, you let the agents we've selected compete for your business so you can choose the very best to work with.

Our service is completely free to you, the consumer.  We charge a small referral fee to the agent only if a transaction closes successfully. The agents are more than happy to share a referral fee with us because it allows them to focus more of their time on working with clients and less time on marketing.
